Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition for Return
Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

Non‑Returnable Items
Final sale items or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@worldcupshop.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. You will be notified of any applicable fee before your refund is processed.
